Graduate in Economics from the Autonoma University of Barcelona (1978). Auditor (1991). Member of the Official Auditors Register (ROAC) núm.07735. Member of the Economist Auditors Register (REVA) núm. 151 (1995). Member of the Economist Tax Advisor Register (REAF). Member of the Spanish Accountancy and Companies' Administration (AECA) (1992).
He started his career in 1980 ARTHUR YOUNG as auditor, moving to the tax department in 1985. In 1986, joined the tax department of the firm ADIEC, SA as Director of the Tax Department, giving tax advise to persons and companies in all their ambits. Afterwards, in 1988 he founded ACR AUDITECNIA, S.L.
Actually he is the company's Partner-Director, with a team of 30 professionals (between auditors, lawyer and economists). Since 1994, he teaches courses and conferences regarding accountancy and tax issues, specializing in the last years in the implementation of international accountancy rules (NIC-NIIF) and its adaptation in the new Spanish Accountancy Plan, taking into consideration all the tax issue regarding to it.
